Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Principal Consultant Salesforce Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor, designing and delivering transformative Salesforce solutions. This senior role combines deep customization expertise with architectural leadership, guiding teams through complex implementations while integrating with enterprise systems like Outlook, Seismic, and FSG.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to translate business objectives into scalable Salesforce technical solutions, leading design sessions and architectural recommendations.
• Hands-on development of custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, triggers, workflows, and recipes.
• Implement integrations including Outlook SSO, SaaS platforms (Seismic, FSG), and data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and synchronization.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, scalability, and performance standards across the ecosystem.
• Drive DevOps processes with Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Git Bash for version control and deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to project teams.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing requirements and expectations.

Required Skills:

• Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.
• Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API), automation tools (Flow, Workflow, Platform Events).
• Version control (Git), CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• FSC (Financial Services Cloud) knowledge desirable.
