Position Overview
Crown & Raine is seeking a high-level Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, scheduling, and guest experience across all three locations. This role is critical to maintaining our luxury brand standards, maximizing booking efficiency, and leading our team with consistency, clarity, and accountability.
The Salon Manager serves as the primary point of leadership for Hosts and Therapists, handling all call-offs, schedules, guest escalations, and operational flow to ensure seamless execution every day.
Responsibilities:
Staff & Scheduling
• Create, manage, and adjust weekly schedules for Hosts and Therapists across all locations
• Ensure proper coverage for peak days, weekends, and high-demand time blocks • Handle all call-offs , secure coverage, and make real-time schedule changes as needed
• Proactively adjust schedules based on booking volume to reduce gaps and maximize utilization
• Monitor clock-ins/clock-outs and ensure compliance with timekeeping standards
Daily Operations Oversight • Oversee daily operations at Peters Township, Wexford, and Murrysville • Ensure smooth appointment flow with no bed overlap or service delays
• Monitor BLVD booking system for unconfirmed appointments and follow up accordingly
• Serve as the point person for all host and therapist questions during shifts
• Be on-call for urgent operational needs, including call-offs and guest issues
Team Leadership & Accountability • Lead Hosts and Therapists with clear expectations and consistent standards
• Coach Hosts on:
• Rebooking expectations
• Product and membership education
• Guest experience and front-desk flow
• Hold team members accountable to:
• Brand standards
• Rebook benchmarks
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Support training and onboarding of new hires across all locations
Guest Experience & Issue Resolution • Handle all guest concerns, escalations, and service recovery situations
• Ensure every guest receives a luxury, elevated, and consistent Crown & Raine experience • Follow up on negative feedback or reviews when necessary
• Assist with VIP guests, events, and Crown & Raine parties as needed
Inventory & Brand Standards • Conduct regular checks to ensure all locations are:
• Clean and organized to brand standards
• Fully stocked with product, supplies, and materials
• Oversee product counts and assist with weekly ordering
• Ensure beds, carts, tools, and common areas are maintained and presentation-ready at all times
Administrative & Communication Duties • Respond promptly to internal team communication and operational needs
• Assist with Meta/Instagram DM inquiries when needed
• Coordinate Crown & Raine parties and special events
• Maintain consistent leadership presence and communication across all locations
Qualifications:
• MUST HAVE COSMETOLOGY LICENSE
• Prior salon, spa, or hospitality management experience required
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing multiple locations and teams simultaneously
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication and a guest-service mindset
• Experience with booking software (BLVD preferred)
Work Schedule & Expectations • Full-time role
• Must be available for weekends and peak business hours • On-call availability required for operational issues and call-offs
• Ability to travel between Crown & Raine locations as needed
