What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Professional - Valid cosmetology license required.
• Hands-On Stylist - You’ll lead while working behind the chair.
• Experienced Leader - Salon management or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• People-Focused Mentor - Skilled in coaching, motivating, and developing a team.
• Business-Minded - Comfortable with scheduling, goals, and salon operations.
• Positive & Professional - You help set the tone for a warm, welcoming salon environment.
