**Position Summary** : Responsible for taking all patient incoming calls regarding, patient billing records, cash posting issues, payment plan setup providing customer service to patients after discharge, and supporting the patient accounts department staff. **Position Requirements** : + High School Diploma + Bilingual highly desired + Previous experience working with health insurance benefit plans + Excellent oral communication skills + Prefer EPIC experience RUSH salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data.
