Job Title: Scrum Master (5 Years of Experience)

Location: Remote (Continental US)

Need someone to work on W2

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers in facilitating the Agile Scrum process.
• Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including:
  • Daily Scrum (Stand-ups)
  • Sprint Planning
  • Sprint Review
  • Sprint Retrospective
  • Coach syncs (Scrum of Scrums)
• Identify and help resolve any impediments or obstacles that slow down the development team.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, and Delivery Manager to ensure the product backlog is well-managed and clearly understood by the development team.
• Ensure effective communication within the Scrum team and between the team and stakeholders.
• Shield the development team from external interference and distractions to maintain focus.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on a Scrum team is required.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with a focus on the Scrum framework.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems, often through collaboration with team members.
• Relevant certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
