Job Description:
Lead cross-functional Agile teams, manage ceremonies, and support modernization initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, demos)
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, engineers, and business stakeholders
Serve as Scrum Master for the API team with potential to grow into managing 2 teams
Gather requirements, write user stories, and support prioritization of work
Guide teams through technical and portfolio modernization initiatives
Use tools like Rally and Jira to structure work and track progress
Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5 years of Scrum Master experience
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.)
Experience leading large cross-functional teams and running multiple Agile work streams
Technical experience with AWS Cloud and integration projects
Experience with data modernization (e.g., migrating from mainframe DB2 to PostgreSQL)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in people leadership or servant leadership
Financial or regulated industry experience
