Our client, a $550M PE-backed innovator in the tech/saas space, is poised for further growth with a 15% revenue increase last year. They’re seeking a Senior Accountant, to support their Americas business unit, offering the chance to wield advanced financial tools and significantly impact their trajectory. Working under the Accounting Manager, a leader with a stellar track record, this position will play a vital role in a dynamic, expanding global enterprise.

Role Overview:

• You'll focus on high-level technical and analytical accounting tasks, including financial reporting, lease accounting ASC 842, and/or revenue recognition ASC 606.
• Manage core general ledger activities and month-end and year-end closings, as well as the preparation of annual reports.
• Conduct comprehensive variance analyses comparing actuals against budgeted figures for income statement accounts and perform sequential monthly variance assessments for balance sheet accounts. This includes specialized analyses for international entities.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation.
• Embrace and integrate new technologies to refine existing accounting practices, aiming to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• BS Accounting or equivalent degree
• CPA preferred
• 3-6+ years of experience
