SENIOR ESTIMATOR- Underground Utilities (Civil/Commercial)

This highly reputable company is looking to add a Utilities Senior Estimator to their team! With a focus on Civil Infrastructure/Underground Utilities and Commercial General Contracting, this company provides premier services that continue to attract new and repeat clients!

SENIOR ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Review and understand all documents and assess project risks
* Understand project logistics and project schedule
* Manage and Develop cost estimates of "at risk" projects including all material, labor, equipment and general condition costs necessary to deliver a complete project
* Actively perform pre-construction duties and participate in meetings with clients, owners and engineers
* Maintain a historical database of costs

SENIOR ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

* 10+ years' experience estimating Civil Infrastructure/Underground Utilities projects
* Well versed in all estimating principals including reviewing conceptual estimates
* Ability to communicate collaboratively; team player and balanced in approach
* Advanced computer skills with estimating software. Heavy Bid and excavating software is preferred
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
* Strong communication skills
