FusionHCR is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to provide day-to-day support, development, and maintenance for our client’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications. This role will support ongoing operations, enhancements, and customizations within a large enterprise environment.
Provide daily support for the client’s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications, including customizations and integrations.
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft application functionality, including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
Deliver weekly status updates on assigned tasks, projects, and support tickets.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design, implementation, and support of ERP applications.
Hands-on experience with PL/SQL and PeopleTools , including Application Designer, query development, BI Publisher, and SQR/SQC.
Strong knowledge of ERP system principles and ERP administration.
Understanding of database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security, and recovery procedures.
Experience with system analysis, integration touch points between ERP modules, and business process mapping.
Familiarity with financial and human resources business processes.
Ability to identify and resolve application and system issues.
Experience providing guidance to functional analysts and end users.
Ability to create queries and reports, document system environments, and support automated notification processes.
Knowledge of governmental security requirements and confidentiality regulations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with leadership, training, project management, and general business administration principles.
