This role will serve as a team lead and mentor, supporting both applications and users. Required Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in real estate technology, with a focus on equity or debt (CML) operations. - Strong SQL skills and experience with application support or systems troubleshooting. - Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and translating needs into technical solutions. - Proven leadership or mentorship experience. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with real estate asset management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, ARGUS, VTS). - Familiarity with report development tools (e.g., PowerBI). - Experience with data feeds or system integrations (ETL processes). - Understanding of accounting practices in a real estate context. - Exposure to scripting or automation tools is a plus.
