This Senior Solar Analyst/Solar Analyst position supports the Solar 4 All® (S4A) program Operations team. This position is responsible for conducting effective ongoing operations for 158 MW-dc of utility-owned solar projects. Responsible for ensuring critical S4A tasks are completed and in compliance of New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) order. Responsibilities include: conducting PJM energy sales, Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) management, auctions, and transfers, capacity bidding, insurance management for solar plants, management of rent payments, repowering existing solar and energy storage facilities, oversight of solar and energy storage operations utilizing existing monitoring platforms, and completion of several key FERC, NJBPU and NJ Clean Energy Program reporting requirements. Must be able to work independently and creatively on special projects. Coordinate and communicate with PJM, New Jersey Clean Energy Program, BPU, S4A lease counterparties, and other stakeholders. Develop and implement program procedures/processes, train team associates and contractor support personnel, work with other PSE&G departments, and provide recommendations to senior management regarding Solar 4 All portfolio as needed. The candidate must be able to lead/supervise other team members as needed.
