Job Description - Lead the migration from Cherwell to ServiceNow, including integration and data cutover - Review and align policy and procedure documentation with Alaska's operational standards - Manage and enhance ServiceNow modules including CMDB (via Discovery), ITSM, CSM, IRM/GRC, and ITAM - Oversee hardware and software asset management within ServiceNow - Support future integrations and new product rollouts - Maintain platform health, performance, and governance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption and compliance We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
