Role : ServiceNow Developer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Summary

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience to design, build, and optimize ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and ITOM capabilities. The role focuses on developing integrations, automations, and workflows to enhance IT and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and enhance ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog/Portal, and ITOM modules
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
• Develop Flow Designer automations and orchestrations to reduce manual work
• Improve Service Catalog structure and Employee Center usability
• Enhance CMDB data accuracy and support governance initiatives
• Collaborate with monitoring and operations teams to integrate event data
• Support upgrades, troubleshooting, and change management
• Document processes and hand off to support teams

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise settings
• Strong in JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules
• Experience with ITOM and CMDB data models
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile delivery
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred
