Showing Agent Opportunity ⠀ Start your real estate career with hands-on experience that prepares you to learn to grow into a producing Buyer’s Agent. We are looking for a motivated Showing Agent who wants to support client tours, open houses, and communication while earning rewarding commissions. A real estate license is required or must be in progress. In this opportunity, you will work closely with experienced Buyer’s Agents, learn to build relationships with buyers, and gain practical exposure to the day-to-day activities that lead to strong production. You will follow proven systems, strengthen your skills in communication and service, and develop the confidence needed to step into your own buyer business. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+ This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants structure, mentorship, and a clear pathway toward becoming a Buyer’s Agent with long-term momentum in real estate. Added Value • Real-world experience through showings and open houses • One-on-one guidance from experienced Buyer’s Agents • Tools and processes to support client communication • Opportunities to strengthen buyer service and confidence • A defined pathway for transitioning into a producing Buyer’s Agent Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real estate license required • Sales communication experience About Company: Elite operates out of one of the top-producing, flagship real estate offices in San Diego.
