Showing Agent Opportunity – Build Your Real Estate Career

We are looking for a motivated and coachable Showing Agent who wants to gain real-world experience, strengthen their client skills, and build lasting success in real estate. You’ll work directly with buyers, assist with property tours and open houses, and learn how to manage every step of the transaction process from experienced agents who have built thriving careers.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria

Qualifications:
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
• Real estate license
• Good communication
• Sales experience
• Must live within the greater Phoenix area
