Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our clients fast-paced and dynamic organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the accounting and financial operations of a globally-focused, private equity-backed company with $250-$300M in annual revenue. Having recently spun off from a larger, highly successful organization, we are in a high-growth phase, and this role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our consolidated financial reporting and operations. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and oversee the global, monthly financial close and consolidation process, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other applicable reporting standards. + Apply cost accounting methodologies and perform detailed manufacturing accounting and analysis to support the company's operations. + Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements and reports. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to implement financial processes and reporting improvements. + Conduct analysis and interpretation of financial data to ensure accuracy and support data-driven decision-making. + Partner with other global teams to ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations. + Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and support ongoing initiatives related to automation and scalable growth. Requirements Qualifications: + 7-10 years of progressive financial and accounting experience, with direct responsibility for global financial consolidations and complex closing processes. + Strong understanding of and experience with U.S. GAAP and financial reporting, particularly for global operations. + Advanced knowledge of cost accounting methodologies, particularly in manufacturing environments. + Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and an ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a proven history of successfully working with cross-functional, global teams. + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
