Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and imaginative Travel Dream Designer to join our expanding travel team. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with clients to transform their travel dreams into personalized, unforgettable experiences. If you’re passionate about planning, love exploring new destinations, and enjoy crafting unique journeys, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Itinerary Creation: Design tailored travel plans based on each client’s interests, preferences, and budgets, covering accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining.

  • Client Engagement: Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients’ travel aspirations and requirements.

  • Vendor Collaboration: Partner with trusted travel suppliers and tour operators to secure the best options and rates.

  • Booking Coordination: Manage travel bookings and confirmations, ensuring a seamless and accurate process.

  • Ongoing Support: Assist clients throughout the planning phase and during their trips, promptly handling any changes or issues.

  • Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destination insights, and special offers to provide expert recommendations.

  • Feedback & Follow-Up: Connect with clients after their travels to collect feedback and foster ongoing relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable using digital research and booking platforms.

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently from a remote setting.
