A Day in the Life As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you start the morning by walking the floor—checking in with your team, reviewing priorities, and aligning staffing with operational needs. You’ll oversee receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety across the entire distribution process. Throughout the day, you’re coaching employees, troubleshooting issues, reviewing KPIs, and partnering with Operations, HR, and Customer Service to keep distribution running smoothly. You lead from the front, step in when needed, and make sure every order supports the Veterans depending on us.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of - Leading daily warehouse and distribution operations
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of ~10
- Overseeing receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping workflows
- Ensuring accurate inventory, cycle counts, and physical inventories
- Upholding OSHA and safety standards across the facility
- Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to maintain seamless distribution flow
- Addressing employee issues promptly and professionally
- Maintaining an organized, clean, safe warehouse environment
- Performing warehouse tasks when needed to support the team
As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you’re the heartbeat of our Longmont distribution center—ensuring accuracy, safety, and excellence every day.
Work Schedule - Full-time, onsite
- Monday–Friday 8a - 5p
- Occasional flexibility to cover the warehouse operational hours and during peak distribution periods
Requirements What You Need to Bring - High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years warehouse or distribution leadership experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with WMS, metrics, and workflow optimization
- Forklift experience required; certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a hands-on warehouse environment
