Join our team as a Yard Jockey / Forklift Operator and play a key role in keeping our logistics running smoothly every day!

What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Yard Jockey / Forklift Operator, you’ll split your time between the warehouse and the yard, ensuring materials and trailers are moved efficiently and safely.

• Operating forklifts (Counterbalance and Turret ) to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Driving a yard truck to position trailers at loading docks and inspecting them for safety and damage.
• Keeping the yard clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
• Loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for production or shipment.
• Using handheld scanners and SAP to track inventory and material movements.
• Supporting inventory counts and audits.
• Assisting with training new forklift operators.
• Following all safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.

What We Need from You:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred (experience may be considered in lieu).
• At least 6 months of experience operating forklifts and yard trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
