🏡 What You’ll Do as an Affordable Housing Community Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the community

• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, and other Affordable Housing program requirements

• Manage leasing efforts, certifications, recertifications, and resident files

• Support and lead onsite staff

• Maintain accurate financial and occupancy reporting

• Build positive resident relationships and provide exceptional customer service

• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and regional managers

✨ What You Bring:

• LIHTC and/or HUD experience is required

• Previous Affordable Housing management experience

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, On-Site, etc.)

• Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor
