**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for assembling and testing cable assemblies and wire harnesses ranging from simple to complex. You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards and functionality, while supporting team goals across various assembly areas. **Responsibilities** + Follow assembly prints, drawings, and work instructions. + Build and test cable assemblies and wire harnesses. + Operate tools and equipment including braiders, crimpers, cutters, and testers. + Ensure quality standards and functionality are met. + Rotate across different assembly areas to support team goals. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience in assembling, production, and machine operation. + Proficiency in using tools such as soldering irons and welding equipment. + Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF. + Understanding of standards for Quality, Safety, and Cost (QSD). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand for 8+ hours. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Strong problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** We are committed to cross-training and developing the skill sets of our employees. The facility is designed to support both comfort and productivity. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Wing, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
