Job Description

Careerscape is recruiting for a Bakersfield call center that needs an experienced Supervisor to lead a team of customer service representatives. You'll coach employees, monitor quality, and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise team of 15-20 customer service representatives
  • Monitor calls for quality and provide coaching feedback
  • Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Create work schedules and manage attendance
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
  • Track team metrics and report to management
  • Conduct team meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure team meets productivity and quality goals
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new representatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, bachelor degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of call center experience required
  • At least 1 year in supervisory or lead role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Understanding of call center metrics and KPIs
  • Proficiency with call center software systems
  • Problem solving skills for complex situations
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
