Description We are seeking a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires onsite availability and offers an excellent opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cash application processes and will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: - Accurately process and post a high volume of cash payments to ensure financial records are up-to-date. - Reconcile account discrepancies and maintain accurate payment tracking using Microsoft Excel. - Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and efficient payment processing. - Manage and organize financial documentation to support accurate reporting and compliance. - Utilize NetSuite software daily to perform cash application and payment posting tasks. - Monitor and address payment issues or adjustments to maintain accuracy in accounts receivable. - Assist in optimizing cash application workflows and processes to improve efficiency. - Provide support during audits or reviews by ensuring records are complete and accessible. - Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries. - Stay updated on best practices and tools to enhance cash application procedures. MUST have NetSuite Software experience!!!!!!! - Hands-on experience with NetSuite software is essential. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Availability to work onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee. - Immediate start required for this Contract position.
