Dishwasher Job Summary: The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and ensuring a clean environment. Key Responsibilities: * Dish washing: Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using a dishwasher or by hand as needed. * Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, floors, and kitchen workspace by sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces. * Waste Management: Properly dispose of garbage and recycling materials, ensuring cleanliness in waste areas. * Restocking: Assist in restocking clean plates, glasses, silverware, and other necessary items for kitchen and dining use. * Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and ensure the cleanliness of dish washing equipment according to safety and health regulations. * Team Assistance: Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and any additional duties as needed to maintain a smooth kitchen operation. * Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
