As a valued teammate, you'll provide one-on-one, world-class care to children from birth to age 21, helping them achieve their full potential in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Comprehensive Incentives: We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 along with eligibility for a full benefits package starting within your first month. This includes a sign-on bonus , bi-weekly productivity bonuses , generous paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and annual CEU incentives. We also offer tax-free student loan repayment options or relocation assistance.
Provide Individualized Treatment: Conduct one-on-one sessions, designing and implementing customized plans of care for a diverse range of pediatric patients.
Encourage Family Involvement: Actively involve parents and caregivers in sessions, empowering them to carry skills and exercises into the child's daily life.
Collaborate with Peers: Work closely with a team of Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, including co-treating when clinically appropriate, to ensure patient success.
Manage Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties, with guaranteed time built into your schedule for these tasks.
Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
Licensure: Must hold a current or pending license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state.
