As a Product Delivery Manager in Consumer Banking Global Customer Platform, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving requirements, ensuring seamless progress across multiple high-impact initiatives.
  • Foster strong partnerships with product and technology teams to clarify objectives and drive alignment on deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, meticulously tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and touch points, promoting transparency and clear communication of key updates throughout the organization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Demonstrated success designing and managing complex program portfolios, overseeing multiple projects and releases simultaneously.
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills to break down complex challenges, track milestones, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with cross-functional partnership and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering solutions under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, Atlassian Jira & Jira Align

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects within financial services or technology environments.
  • Experience with implementation of operational tools
