This temporary Registered Nurse position will assist the Post Liver Transplant team, focusing on patient management and administrative tasks. The role supports permanent staff by handling patient calls, triage, dosing, managing patient in-basket messages, assisting in clinic, rounding, updating notes and care plans, and other care coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient calls and triage.
- Manage medication dosing.
- Manage patient in-basket messages.
- Assist in clinic and with patient rounding.
- Update notes and care plans.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum two years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room.
