You’ll work with families who have already requested information about protecting their income, home, or loved ones.

No cold door knocking. No inventory. No quotas from a boss who’s never done the job.

COMPENSATION

• Commission-based (paid weekly)
  

• First-year agents typically earn $60,000–$90,000+
  

• Top producers earn six figures and beyond
  

• Bonuses and advancement available
  

Income is performance-based. Results depend on effort and consistency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Speak with families who requested coverage information
  

• Educate clients on simple life insurance solutions
  

• Help people protect their income, mortgage, and loved ones
  

• Follow a proven sales system with live coaching
  

• Build personal income and long-term career skills
  

TRAINING & SUPPORT

• Step-by-step onboarding
  

• Script training and live call coaching
  

• Mentorship from top producers
  

• Licensing assistance for qualified candidates
  

• Ongoing professional development

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18+
  

• Must pass a background check
  

• Must be able to obtain a state insurance license
