Job Description
We are seeking a tactical and strategic Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of an AI-enabled, enterprise-scale Salesforce platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong strategic and systems thinking, architectural governance, and hands-on delivery.
You will define platform architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and orgs, design AI-first solutions using Salesforce s AI ecosystem, and ensure secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems and contact-center technologies. The role requires active involvement in proof-of-concept development, alongside ownership of architectural standards, security, and DevOps practices.
