Aunty's Kitchen in Mississauga, is looking for one store manager to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 6039 Erin Mills Parkway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating and managing restaurant operations, and improving it's efficiency.
• Ensuring that high standards are maintained for all food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
• Managing inventory; ordering supplies for the restaurant based on sales target. Estimating future needs for food, cleaning products and other supplies.
• Manage the training and development of team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team leader
• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer focus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

License

• Must have Food Handler's Certification or receive it within two weeks of being hired
