Salary: $41,640 - 64,540 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years related experience in IT Systems, Platform Engineering or Technical Engineering
• Previous experience with IT Systems and Technical Engineering
• Experience contributing to a comprehensive technology platform strategy
• Relevant training or certification in specific technology portfolio
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
• Personal and ethical accountability
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for problem solving
• Curiosity and innovative thinking
• Software troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with organizational goals and objectives
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws
• Understanding of compliance standards, such as PCI and HIPAA
• Ability to effectively communicate with various business partners and users
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of AI technologies and models
• Understanding of Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with SaaS and Hosting platforms
• Knowledge of Automation technologies
• Functional knowledge of Data Center Engineering and management
• Knowledge of DCIM tools (e.g., Sunbird)

• Ensure the stability and efficient operation of in-house information systems
• Collaborate with other Systems Engineers and Architects to address hardware/software interactions
• Lead technology initiatives with minimal direction and support
• Conduct complex analysis and evaluations of resource requirements
• Install new software releases, system upgrades, and manage patches
• Provide support for software, platforms, and infrastructure issues
• Manage and troubleshoot alerts and tickets, escalating as necessary
• Maintain operational security by reporting potential security breaches
• Stay current on all relevant systems and technologies
• Perform additional tasks as required
